As people age, their vocal cords can undergo changes that affect their singing abilities. This can include a decrease in flexibility and elasticity, as well as a loss of muscle tone in the vocal cords. Additionally, the wear and tear from years of performing and singing can also contribute to changes in a singer's voice. These natural aging processes can impact a singer's range, power, and overall vocal quality, leading to a different sound compared to their younger years. **
